为凝聚西非侨商力量、搭建中利经贸合作桥梁、助力国人赴利比里亚创新创业发展，6月1日，西非及海外华人协会成功召开首次股东大会。本次会议完成协会核心管理团队组建，明确阶段性工作任务与重点活动规划，为协会规范化运营、专业化服务奠定坚实基础。

本次股东大会是协会发展历程中的关键开局会议，严格按照相关规范完成选举工作，顺利产生首届核心领导班子。会议正式推举张世华同志担任西非及海外华人协会会长；西非外交大使周大炜同志荣任名誉会长。选举付宝军、王玉成、郭海生、黎湘成、张君梅、蒙罗维亚副市长琼斯（利比里亚）六位同志为协会副会长。全新的领导架构的落地，标志着协会组织体系正式完善，后续将以专业化、系统化的团队力量，深耕西非利比里亚市场，服务广大海内外创业者。

会议期间，全体参会人员围绕协会核心职能、服务方向展开深入研讨，敲定协会近期核心工作目标。为切实解决国人赴利比里亚创业的各类难题，助力创业者精准对接当地资源、规避经营风险、把握市场机遇，会议对全体班子成员进行临时工作分工，明确岗位职责、细化工作内容，全面启动赴利创业咨询、对接、帮扶等配套服务工作，全方位为赴利投资创业者保驾护航。

为进一步畅通中利投资渠道、搭建精准高效的经贸对接平台，会议重磅确定重点品牌活动：8月初，协会将在蒙罗维亚中利华人酒店，隆重举办利比里亚创业投资项目信息发布会。此次发布会聚焦中利跨境经贸合作，将全方位推介利比里亚优质投资赛道与创业资源。

据了解，本次发布会涵盖投资领域十分广泛，重点推介矿产资源、工业制造、新能源（光伏、汽车）、农业生产四大核心优质项目，覆盖西非当地优势产业与新兴热门产业，为国内企业、创业者出海投资提供丰富选择与全新机遇。

为提前对接国内意向资源、做好发布会预热筹备工作，协会提前布局、主动发力。协会副会长付宝军已于5月28日先行回国，专项对接国内意向投资客户，面对面沟通投资需求、解读利比里亚投资政策、解答创业疑问、精准对接合作契机。

To unite the strength of West African overseas Chinese merchants, build a bridge for China-Liban economic and trade cooperation, and support Chinese people in innovating and starting businesses in Liberia, on June 1, the West African and Overseas Chinese Association successfully held its first shareholders' meeting. This meeting completed the formation of the association's core management team, clarified phased work tasks and key activity plans, and laid a solid foundation for standardized operations and professional services.

This shareholders' meeting was a crucial opening meeting in the association's development history, with the election process strictly following relevant regulations and successfully forming the first core leadership team. The meeting officially elected Comrade Zhang Shihua as president of the West African and Overseas Chinese Association; Comrade Zhou Dawei, West African Diplomatic Ambassador, was honored as Honorary President. Elect SIX comrades—Fu Baojun, Wang Yucheng, Guo Haisheng, Li Xiangcheng, and Zhang Junmei，Mr JONESWILLIAMS CITY MANAGER—as vice presidents of the association. The implementation of the new leadership structure marks the official completion of the association's organizational system. Going forward, it will cultivate the West African and Liberian markets with a professional and systematic team, serving entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally.

During the meeting, all participants engaged in in-depth discussions around the association's core functions and service directions, finalizing the association's near-term core work goals. To effectively solve various difficulties faced by Chinese entrepreneurs starting businesses in Liberia, help entrepreneurs precisely connect with local resources, avoid operational risks, and seize market opportunities, the meeting temporarily assigned tasks to all leadership team members, clarified job responsibilities, refined work content, and fully launched supporting services such as consulting, matchmaking, and assistance for entrepreneurs investing in Liberia, providing comprehensive protection.

To further streamline Zhongli investment channels and build a precise and efficient economic and trade matchmaking platform, the conference highlighted key brand activities: In early August, the association will hold a grand information release event for Liberia's venture capital projects at the Zhongli Chinese Hotel in Monrovia. This press conference focused on Sino-Li cross-border economic and trade cooperation, comprehensively promoting Liberia's high-quality investment tracks and entrepreneurial resources。

It is understood that this press conference covers a wide range of investment fields, with a focus on four core high-quality projects: mineral resources, industrial manufacturing, new energy (photovoltaics, automobiles), and agricultural production. These projects cover both local advantageous industries and emerging popular sectors in West Africa, providing rich choices and new opportunities for domestic enterprises and entrepreneurs to invest overseas.

To connect with domestic interested resources in advance and prepare for the launch event, the association has made proactive preparations and made proactive efforts. Vice President Fu Baojun returned to China on May 28 to specially connect with prospective domestic investors, communicating face-to-face about investment needs, interpreting Liberia's investment policies, answering entrepreneurial questions, and precisely matching cooperation opportunities.

At the same time, the association sincerely invites like-minded people to join hands and work together to build a better future for China and Africa, and to unite overseas Chinese to empower the integrated development of China-Africa economic, trade, and cultural development.

The successful conclusion of this first shareholders' meeting not only marked the opening of the West African and Overseas Chinese Association but also officially embarked on a new journey to serve overseas Chinese and connect China Economy and Trade.
